If you’re too tired at the end of the day to exercise, or just haven’t exercised in awhile, Donna’s aqua aerobics class is a great way to ease back in. Water exercises provide increased resistance and can improve cardiovascular health and muscle tone, even help you lose weight. Plus they’re low-impact and especially forgiving for persons who have orthopedic problems, need physical therapy, or are out of shape. And you don’t even need to know how to swim because the WLAC therapy pool is only four feet deep! Eat no more than a light snack in the 2 hours before class.
