As part of the dental hygiene program, you have the opportunity to obtain certification in Interim Therapeutic Restoration (ITR) through additional training. Prior to commencing the clinical experience, completion of laboratory instruction is mandatory. This training course encompasses 45 hours of laboratory ITR instruction, including lectures and hands-on typodont activities. Successful completion of the course will qualify you to progress to the clinical experience during the senior year of the dental hygiene program
